Kanga Camp

Set within a remote part of Mana Pools, this camp is built around the Kanga pan, the only permanent water source in the area, making it an excellent game viewing location. In the winter months you won’t even need to go on a drive to see game as they will come to the pan throughout the day.

A small intimate camp, Kanga comprises of 6 elegantly furnished meru-style tents, with ensuite bathrooms, flush toilets and hot and cold water. The main deck area is has a comfortable lounge and open air dining room, offering you uninterrupted views of the very active water hole.

Game drives and walks are on offer, all with experienced guides who can teach you a lot about the bush. The mighty Zambezi River is an hour’s drive away and a highlight of your stay could be “Kanga under the stars”-an opportunity to sleep on an open platform under the magnificent African sky.
