Pamushana Lodge is located within the private and pristine Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve in southeastern Zimbabwe, which shares its southern boundary with Gonarezhou National Park. The Lodge is set amongst towering trees, atop a mountain overlooking Lake Malilangwe.
The forest-like Lodge is inspired by the culture of the Shangaan people who have lived in the region for thousands of years. Amongst hundreds of majestic Baobab trees you will find ancient rock-paintings and a variety of rare and abundant wildlife and bird species.
The lodge consists of six en-suite chalets and one villa. The villa sleeps up to 10 people. The cosy and spacious suites all have indoor and outdoor showers as well as their own private plunge pools and game viewing decks with spectacular views of Lake Malilangwe.
The communal area of Pamushana Lodge consists of an indoor dining room, a teak deck dining area, a bar, a library, an open-air lounge, a wine cellar, two heated pools and a Jacuzzi all overlooking the nearby sandstone hills. The lodge is equipped with high speed wireless internet, satellite television, fax machines and telephones.
Activities include a bush spa, yoga room, tennis courts, nearby golf course, game drives, boat cruises, bird-watching, nature walks and fishing.
