Located in the remote reaches of the Serengeti National Park by the Grumeti River, lies the Grumeti Serengeti Tented Camp. Due to this camps seclusion you can find large lion prides and an annual migration of the Topi antelope. Wildlife expected to see around camp include a resident hippo and White Colobus monkeys.
In the months of June and July, Africa’s Great Migration of Wildebeest, Zebra and other herbivores passes through, crossing the Grumeti river where crocodiles wait for unsuspecting prey. Physical features include 10 safari tents and 1 family room (2 tents joined by an enclosed walkway) all en suite. Outdoor showers are also included. There is also a swimming pool stationed near the lodge.
Activities provided cover game drives, cultural excursions to communities at the border of the park, day trips to Lake Victoria and in-room massages. This camp accommodates up to 20 guests with Wi-Fi in guest areas and tents.
