Zimbabwe is a land-locked country situated in the heart of southern Africa. The country has a number of beautiful National Parks, dramatic landscapes with rugged mountains and granite outcrops, diverse eco systems, lush forests and friendly people. After some difficult years, it is now returning to its rightful place on Africa’s safari circuit.
It is the home to good safari lodges and camps, excellent guides and is abundant in wildlife. The country is bordered by two rivers, the Limpopo to the South and the Zambezi River to the North. For many, a trip to the Mighty Victoria Falls (Mosi-ao-Tunya “The Smoke that Thunders”) is a highlight to their visit to Zimbabwe.
