Batonka Lodge is Tucked away in a quiet, suburb of Victoria Falls Town and is just 2.2km away from the Falls and a 20-minute drive from the airport.
The Guest Lodge has 27 rooms with a colonial style feeling to it. All rooms are en-suite and set around peaceful gardens and carefully positioned to allow maximum privacy on their individual balconies. Sixteen rooms with private patios look out over manicured lawns to our secluded pool area. Each large, well-appointed room boasts a spacious en suite bathroom with double basins, bath and shower. Eleven rooms with spacious patios look out over a private garden with manicured lawns and indigenous trees that offer a welcome perch to a variety of birdlife. Batonka’s main areas include a full restaurant serving home-style cooking at breakfast, lunch and dinner. while the terrace, overlooking the gardens, is perfect for warmer evenings. They have two pools on the property. One that services the main lodge and the other in our Flame lily wing. Both have comfortable poolside loungers that are set in private drop-down gardens. Bar and light meal services are available to these areas during the day.
Activities on offer around the Victoria Falls are river cruises, game drives, helicopter flights giving a birds-eye view of the Falls, and adrenalin activities such as white-water rafting and bungee jumping.
