This unique farm is located near Karatu, just outside of the Ngorongoro Crater in Northern Tanzania, overlooking the Great Rift Valley and the Ngorongoro Forest. Set on a coffee plantation, the farm is self sustained with its own organic vegetable garden, dairy and bakery. Gibbs Farm offers 2 X 2-bedroom cottages and 17 X 1-bedroom cottages, capable of housing 50 guests. All rooms are powered by a direct line from the mains, 24 hours a day. Wi-Fi is also available in all main areas and cottages for guests.
Gibb’s Farm has an array of activities, which include day trips to Lake Manyara, Lake Eyasi and the Ngorongoro Crater, walking safaris, cycling expeditions, community visits, waterfall/elephant cave hikes, hikes to the Ngorongoro Crater and tours to Karatu town and Tloma village.
