Meditation: several simple methods are used based on the classical teachings of yoga. Meditation helps to calm your mind and put you in more control of your life.
Yoga Nidra: the original practice of deep relaxation and sensory withdrawal.
As well as the Yoga retreat, guests will also have the opportunity to take part in various game viewing activities.
